First, click your private invite link within the allotted time period to complete your sign up process.
Second, update as much information about your company as possible including your services, what client businesses and people have worked with you, invite your internal team members who work with this client to your agency portfolio, and (if your customer's instance supports it) add other locations that could help us identify you for future initiatives.
Third, bookmark the main URL that you would use to log into the platform. This usually follows the format of [brandname].spotsource.com where "brandname" would be your customer identifier. And, add the email the platform is using to your safe sender list or your address book so that it avoids any spam filters.
Tip: Do not bookmark the link used to setup your account as it is only good for one time use.
Last, as your customer rolls out the platform to it's users, you have an opportunity to start asking for reviews from your best clients at that customer. You should also keep an eye out for invitations to projects and bids (RFI, RFP, RFQ) that your customer invites you to. Note: If you are invited by different customers, you will often have different URLs and emails that they utilize.
Tip: When you are logged into the platform, there is usually at least one Resource Page in the left navigation that suppliers can access. This will hold onboarding videos and other content to keep you apprised of the latest developments related to your customer.
