Note: Only Admins can add new users for a tenant.
- Click the “Admin” tab on the left side of your screen.
- Click Add [Company Name] User

Fill out the required fields* on the Add User form being sure to assign the appropriate user role.
- Normal Users: Cannot edit or invite agencies or users and cannot see reports.
- Managers: Have Normal User permissions and can see reports.
- Admins: Can add and edit agencies and users.
- Click the “Add User” button at the bottom of the form.
- New User Profile is displayed.
- Press the “Invite” button to ensure the user is invited to the platform.
